It is a mystery where witch craft started or evolved, but in Europe it was an ancient Pagan religion of Northern Europe which predated the Christian era.
In India, Egypt and other far Eastern countries wise elders were consulted for their magical potions to help bring about the desired effect.
Throughout history, spells were cast as a way of focusing energy to make change. It is an ancient form of magick created by an experienced practitioner using energy to create a desired result.
Performing the spell requires discipline and focus. It is an art where one uses one's will and energy to create change.
Special spells that use a variety of different tools to invoke a physical appearance or manifestation of an angel are called Evocations. These tools might include: incense, candles, books, knives and circles drawn upon the floor. However the exact mix of these tools may vary according to the nature of the spell being used. Incense is one of the more frequently used tools. It's often believed that the ethereal smoke is required as a substance in which the angel may make itself visible.
