Buying on line:
Just browse our shop site, and click on the items you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment by most credit and debit cards only. If you are shopping from outside the UK such as the USA, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Please note if buying in another currency, your credit card company will charge you a fee to convert to UK pounds. We do not cover or refund this amount.

You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet.

The price payable shall be that displayed at the time of ordering. If any payment or part thereof is not received by the Seller by the due date, the Seller shall be entitled to charge interest on the outstanding amount at the rate of 2% per calendar month.

Goods remain the property of Amstar Comms Ltd until fully paid for.

Delivery
Items are usually sent by "Recorded Delivery" and will require a signature on arrival. Items in stock will normally be sent to you within 6 business days. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock we will come back to you with a delivery date. We aim for International orders to be received in less than 12 days.

The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are processed by World Pay.

Warranty
Products sold on this site are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from misuse.

Returns Policy
Our 7 day "no quibbles" guarantee

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

The Seller’s failure to insist upon strict adherence to any of the terms and conditions with this contract shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights within these terms and conditions.

If you have ordered a four week Ultimate Spell this return guarantee does not cover this spell, as it is performed by Alinda. Should for any reason the spell be cancelled before the four weeks, by either party, the work that has already been performed, will be deducted from the refund.

If you have ordered the seven day Ultimate Spell this return guarantee does not cover this spell, as it is performed by Alinda. Should for any reason the spell be cancelled before the seven days by either party, the work that has already been performed will be deducted from the refund.

Legal Liability
The contracts from the sales of goods by Amstar Comms Ltd shall be subject to and governed by English law.

Liability of Amstar Comms Ltd shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. Amstar Comms Ltd cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the products it sells, or the services and information suppiled on the Alinda site (www.alinda.co.uk).
